TRADITIONAL PRIMALS
Although involved in further preparation of beef the company can offer a full range of primals supplied boneless in vacuum packed format. Industry standard trimming is applied however bespoke specifications can easily be catered for.
MANUFACTURING
We can offer full range of beef for mincing, dicing or cooking. All visual lean beef variations can be produced and supplied either chilled or frozen. PAD product is also available.
FURTHER PREPARED
As a result of an ongoing investment policy WD Meats can now offer ready minced, diced, and stir fry product. It is our idea to be a one-stop shop for ready meal manufacturers in the UK and further afield.
PREMIUM RANGE
Outside of standard production we have a range of premium beef primals. These are hand selected and aged to perfection using our strict chilling regime.
