The Dillon family has had a long history in the livestock industry and continues to produce beef on the family farm. In 1987 the Company moved to its present custom built premises at Coleraine, on Ireland's North Coast, near the world famous Giant's Causeway.
Since that time a philosophy of continual development and improvement has been adopted. The dynamic environment in which the meat industry currently operates has necessitated a proactive management approach and a high level of technology adoption to survive.
The modern, 100,000 sq ft complex, built on 35 acres, incorporates the company's total processing operation under one roof. Slaughtering, Boning, Packing and Despatch facilities are all provided in house, giving the company complete control over all stages of production and ensuring customers of the highest standards in all aspects of the processing operation.
