Our Factory now one of Northern Ireland’s foremost meat wholesale and exporting companies, specializing in the processing of beef and lamb - and the only company in Northern Ireland which is both EU and United States Department of Agriculture approved. The company operates from one of the most advanced meat processing plants in Europe.

The modern, 100 000 sq ft complex, built on 35 acres, incorporates the company's total processing operation under one roof. Slaughtering, boning, packing and despatch facilities are all provided in house, giving the company complete control over all stages of production and ensuring customers of the highest standards in all aspects of the processing operation

From the inspection of incoming livestock to the final despatch of order, we operate a stringent quality assurance programme. Our employees work together with the Department of Agriculture and the

Livestock and Meat Commission to guarantee the quality of our products. The highest veterinary and meat inspection standards are followed at all times. As a further guarantee of quality of product we operate a Hazard

Analysis Critical Control Point system ( H.A.C.C.P) Hygiene Audits are carried out on a monthly basis by Government inspectors under the recognized Hygiene Assessment System (H.A.S) to ensure maximum standards are maintained. Recent inspections have placed us in the top ten percent of all meat plants within the U.K.
